The Rock at The Riverside Inn, Boquete’s scenic riverside dining destination, has been serving great food, wines and craft beer in a superb and casual atmosphere since 2010.
The Rock is a modern take on the traditional bistro featuring a contemporary, chef-driven, farm-to-table menu, offering a variety of dishes ranging from steaks, pasta and fish, to exotic local and international cuisine, a thoughtfully selected wine list and well-curated craft cocktails.
The Rock offers a variety of seating choices including our comfortable fireplace lounge, our roofed terrace featuring live music every Monday and Thursday, our firepit al fresco terrace and our garden picnic tables surrounding our natural firepit adjacent to the Palo Alto river.
Our tab beer is locally produced by brewmaster Price Bennett who sources the best malt, hops and yeast, along with Boquete’s spring water to create the highest quality craft beer.
Most of The Rock’s produce is gathered locally from organic farms that take pride in providing only the freshest, most natural ingredients.
